We all want to live a fulfilling life, and that looks different for everyone. I enjoy working with clients who know they want to move forward in their life, but are unsure how to do it. That uncomfortable feeling could stem from trauma or negative experiences at the hands of the person or people who you were raised by or the environment you grew up in. This may have resulted in you feeling stuck in relationships or a profession. It's okay to not know what is holding you back from the life you know you deserve. I am here to explore that with you and help facilitate the change you want.

I typically practice from a solution focused (SFBT) and cognitive behavioral (CBT) perspective. When we decide to take the courageous step to attend therapy, we usually have something we’re trying to solve something that we’re currently experiencing. This is where solution focused therapy can be helpful. We’re looking for a solution today. We work on what’s happening in your life today, while we look at experiences from the past the have negatively impacted our current life today. This is where cognitive behavioral therapy can be helpful. We solve for the present, while we work on the past!
